Long ago(years) I think about this and no one has done yet.
Consists in using a seagway to create a vehicle based on this principle. The problem with seagways is their apparent insecurities because you have to go up. There are several attempts to create one that you can be sitting, but still using only two wheels. With a system which rests on a platform to make the effect of the counterweight and vary the balance area could be solved.
Does it seem feasible?

I know there is one called Centaur with four wheels, but still taking into account the mobility of the person without using a piston system that makes counterweight.

As you see in the picture, is the person who has to make the counterweight to work.

 If the person's counterweight is replaced by a counterweight system outside the passenger position and which may be activated and modified with a simple lever, the occupant of the vehicle would not necessarily perform any movement. Thus, this type of vehicle could be used by anyone.
